We are excited to announce Chef Jason from Ranger Dining has been nominated to compete in a Harvest Table culinary competition!
Chef Jason will travel to Wake Forest University on March 14th to compete against 13 chefs from across the nation. During this 1.5-hour quickfire competition the chefs will be given a mystery basket of ingredients to prep, prepare and plate as a main course entrée. (Just like Chopped? is that the show?)
Chef J is our head chef here at Ranger Dining and is responsible for everything from menu development, coaching our fellow chefs to hosting delicious farm-to-table dinners.
